$1M of credit on Minimal’s cloud services, committed over 24 months, for students and for companies of fewer than five people.
Nothing is charged at the end. There is no card on file, no automatic conversion to a paid plan, and no clause that turns the gift into a bill.

A student with a dataset and a deadline. Two friends with an idea and no infrastructure budget. A four-person company whose data has outgrown the spreadsheet it lives in. If you are enrolled somewhere, or your company has fewer than five people, this is your programme.
One application covers all three programmes — Ostrich and Pelican included. You do not choose; we read what you sent and offer whichever fits the work.

Sparrow is cloud only — the on-premise licence is Ostrich’s. API Bay is not part of it. Support is best-effort, through the same channels everyone else uses. The credit runs for twenty-four months from the day it is issued.
We take no equity, no revenue share and no seat at your table — not at the start, not if it works, not ever. This is a grant. The only thing we ask is that you tell someone where it came from.
