Transparency report
No government request has reached us.
Nothing to report is still a report.
This page is the record of every government and law-enforcement demand for data we hold, and what we did about it. It stands at zero. It changes the day that stops being true, and it is reviewed each quarter whether or not anything has happened.
Reporting period: from the start of operations to 17 September 2026. Counts cover Littlebit Labs and the Minimal platform in every region we serve, and include requests withdrawn or refused as well as those complied with.
What happens when the first one arrives.
The commitments below are the ones written into the Privacy Policy, restated here because a promise that only exists inside a policy is hard to hold us to.
Compulsion, or nothing.
We disclose personal data to a government or law-enforcement body only where we are legally compelled. A request that is not backed by a valid instrument is refused.
Reviewed for validity and scope.
Every request is read against the law it cites. We narrow what is overbroad and push back rather than hand over more than was asked for.
You are told.
We tell the affected customer unless we are legally prohibited from telling them. Where a prohibition expires, we tell them then.
What we hold depends on how you run Minimal.
Self-hosted, the software runs in your infrastructure and we receive licence usage and the source IP it is emitted from. That is all there is to produce. On our cloud we hold your project data as processor, and a demand for it is redirected to you as its controller wherever the law allows.
What this page will say when it changes. One line per request, carrying: the date it arrived, the country and the body that sent it, the legal instrument it relied on, the scope it asked for, what we disclosed if anything, and whether the affected customer was notified. Aggregate counts, never the identity of the person or organisation named.
Service of process goes to one address.
Requests should be sent to legal@littlebit.in, or by post to Littlebit Labs, Door No. 9 (Site No. 6), Sri Ganapathy Garden, S. M. Palayam Road, G. N. Mills Post, Coimbatore 641029, Tamil Nadu, India. Requests sent to individuals or to support channels are forwarded there unread. Data held on our cloud sits in the region the customer chose — Germany, Finland or India — and a demand reaches it only through the law of that jurisdiction.
